- EVElisa VerdinelliSep 21, 20221.0the lady who works there today had a bad day and decided to treat customers who have been going there for years as if they were beggars, after 3 years of going to this place at least once a week I decided never to go again and all because of that woman who treated me very badly today for no reason, while I have been spending money for years in this place this is thanksgiving? those who are not able or have no patience even to count two coins in a place where you work with money transfer and bill payments and many other services regardin money should sincerely change job and take do something else because no one gives you the right to be rude with those who are simply using a service that you offer and above all who are PAYING! Goodbye, I prefer to walk 10 minutes more and go elsewhere

Do I need to bring identification if I'm buying or exchanging currency in a branch?
If you are buying currency and paying by card then you will need to bring one of the following;
Valid passport
Valid UK or EEA photocard driving licence
EEA identity card
We cannot accept anything other than one of these documents. We may also ask for ID for some cash transactions and we may need to verify your identity electronically while you are at the counter (this is not a credit check). You will need to have a permanent UK residential address in order for us to be able to do this. We will not be able to proceed with the transaction if we cannot verify your identity.
What currencies can i load onto a Post Office Travel Money Card?
You can load any of the following currencies on to your card. The card can hold up to 22 currencies at once, but they can only be loaded one at a time:
Euro, US dollars, Australian dollars, Canadian dollars, New Zealand dollars, Thai baht, UAE dirham, Turkish lira, South African rand, Swiss francs, Polish zloty, pounds Sterling, Chinese yuan, Czech koruna, Danish kroner, Hong Kong dollar, Hungarian forint, Japanese yen, Norwegian krone, Saudi riyal, Singapore dollar or Swedish krona.
